* all delegate materials (name tag, conference book) * attendance to all sessions (on nominated day if single day registration) * morning and afternoon teas and lunches (on nominated day if single day registration)
A secure site is provided for registration online. All registrants are sent a confirmation email and tax invoice at the time of lodgment. Credit card payments can be made with Visa or MasterCard; alternatively payment made by cheque or direct transfer. All online registrations are checked by the secretariat before any credit card authorisation is sought. It is impossible for the secretariat to charge the same registration twice if you inadvertently repeated the process. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes after registration, simply email the request to the secretariat.
*ASN supports responsible use of on-line credit card transactions and reports suspected fraudulent activity to Federal police and the Immigration office.
Cancellation Policy All cancellation requests must be in writing to the Conference Secretariat. If notice is received before Friday 16th April 2010, a full refund less an AUD$100 administration fee will be made. After that date, no refund is available but registration can be transferred to another person.
Insurance The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Meeting Secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
