Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations or amendments to your accommodation booking with either of the above hotel must be made with the conference secretariat and NOT the hotel itself.

If staying at The Gemini Hotel, any cancellations received within 14 days prior to check in will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation.

If staying at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach, any cancellations received within 30 days of check in will incur a cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation.
